What we collect
When you send a project enquiry or a message, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), preferred contact method, and the details of your project, budget and timeline. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your information to review your enquiry, reply to you, and prepare a quotation. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision making.
How enquiries reach us
Our forms do not send anything by themselves. When you finish a form, your device opens your own email app with a message addressed to us, and nothing reaches us until you press Send. We then receive it as a normal email. We do not keep enquiries in a website database. Your email provider, and ours, handle the message as they handle any email, and may do so outside the UK with appropriate safeguards. The website itself is run by a hosting provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails that do not lead to a project are kept for 12 months and then deleted. If we work together, we keep project and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet legal and accounting requirements, usually up to six years.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to someone else. Contact Osenih70@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
